Do not often it`s informed about the new Rolls-Royce, as the current line of the company consists mainly of two vehicles. But, at the Geneva Motor manufacturer has introduced one of the most emotional model of modernity - Wraith. The new two-door coupe Rolls actually Ghost, and needless to say, it was an answer to Royce Bentley Continental GT, albeit at a higher price. But Wraith, undoubtedly always remain special, exclusive and impressive car. First, it is powered by a V12, which produces an impressive 465 kW (632 l.s./624 bhp) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. Of course, Wraith loaded luxury proper Rolls-Royce including Phantom-class upholstery, new wood trim and the same Starlight Headliner fiber-optic lighting roof, that is the flagship sedan. Power reportedly provided V12 engine capacity of 465 kW (632 l.s./624 bhp) and 799 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. It is associated with an 8-speed automatic transmission, which is rumored to be using data GPS, to determine whether it is on the right road for the transfer. This should allow the luxury coupe accelerate to 96 km / h in 4.4 seconds.
To improve the handling of the car, engineers have lowered the suspension and added a revised steering system that changes resistance depending on the vehicle speed.
Rolls-Royce Wraith, as expected, went on sale in the autumn of 2013, and prices hold about 215 000 £.
Manufacturer clarified that this fastback for those few who imagined something else. Wraith most powerful and fastest Rolls-Royce, despite the alleged weight of 2,300 kg, it can be accelerated up to 100 km / h within 4.7 seconds.
This performance will be possible thanks to the 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 447 kW (608 l.s./599 bhp), which is 28 kW (38 l.s./38 bhp), is more powerful than the engine in the sedan Ghost.
